Cuts well, but Damascus Steel not as vibrant as pictured
The knife is heavy and cuts well, but the etched look of the Damascus Steel isn't as vibrant as the photos. Also near the handle, it looks scratched and isn't a pattern like the picture shows.

I can’t afford a Bob Kramer forged original , but this Zwilling Kramer is an excellent substitute. Sharp , attractive and ergonomically functional. Great value for us poor chefs.
