The weight limit is a little low for what some may need, but there are hacks online that can be used to add extra weight resistance rods to this model. I very much appreciate the safety in the bowflex in that I don’t have to worry about my kids putting their fingers in between weights that could come crashing down on their precious little hands. It is a little annoying to have cords laying all over when that part is not in use, and I do wonder how long the weights will maintain their tension. The seat could be better quality and more safe as well. Other than that it’s good, serves its purpose, and promotes strengthening.
