High hopes.
I thought because of the name I was buying a great product. The headset is exactly as described! Shipping was very fast! Easy to use - install a app on my phone in order to use. The headset charges fast! They are lightweight, comfortable and the sound quality is great! The noise canceling feature works amazingly! Thought they would be better.
Bought these to replace around the neck headphones, however, the battery life is terrible. From full charge I get no more than 2 hours of use before they shut down. They are supposed to charge in the case. I had the case plugged in all day and then unplugged it for the weekend. When I went to use the earbuds on monday, they said my battery was at "medium". The sound quality if pretty good, the noise cancelling is ok but not great. They seal your ear canals pretty well and that blocks more sound than anything. It is all good, just the design solution could have been a little bit better. Cracking noise when placing the earbuds into the charging case gives you a feeling that you will break it. All cheaper earbuds have better solution for this. The charging case could have also been better. Sound is great. A steal if refurbished, okay if new
Overall a solid bet for Bluetooth headphones. I don't think the original MSRP of $200 would be worth it, but getting it refurbished is a great deal. There are many options for earbuds so you can find the most comfortable ones, and the battery life is solid. The headphones are quite comfortable and the sound quality is good. The charging case is solid and the product and packaging is good. Noise canceling qualities could be a lot better, but for the price (refurbished approx. $50) they were an excellent buy. Deep bass
Superb bass. Plays music better than my Bose QC35. Connection drop sometimes out. Sony has a "solution" to get rid of all connection drops, but it lowers quality significantly. Tried to upgrade FW on iOS. Did not work. Many with the same problem. Used an Android phone to do it. Connection drops less frequent than before, but happens sometimes. Noise-cancelling is not as noticeable, but earplugs does cancel some noise by itself. The best thing about these is the size. They are so small. Work withable
These were a refurbished set. In my experience with this product, it serves it's purpose for listening to music but it's not so good for talking on the phone. I'm guessing it has something to do with having repairs done prior to my purchase so the mic for speaking is distorted. Other than that, I use them for my workouts and I don't have to worry about them dying right away. I do admire the charging case tho. This is my first pair of earbuds without a neckband.
