Defective Brush
Ive used the water flosser a few times it works well. the brush quit working after a couple weeks of uses, they sent a new one and that quit working in the same amount of time as well. Was charged on a surge protector with original charger and never got wet. Seller literally stopped communicating. I recommend just buying a good brand. There are some at the same price available. This is by far the best electric toothbrush i’ve used so far, it has cool features that i’ve only seen in popular brands that not to mention are very expensive. It’s crazy that for only 28-ish dollars you get the toothbrush plus 12 heads, in my opinion this is a very good deal and a worthy investment. I love this product! It’s lighter weight and it takes less time to charge. I believe the heads are superior to other brands and they get deep into the gum pockets. There’s different settings like massage and polish that are very different from Sonicare brand. This is a lighter weight toothbrush that’s USB compatible for charging and does not need to be plugged in for 24 hours in a wall plug. The price makes this product unbeatable and hard to pass up. Even if this toothbrush stopped working in a year after daily use, I would purchase it again happily.  I very highly recommend and have left photos of before and after using crest clinical mouthwash along with the different settings on this toothbrush.

Goodlooking product. Quit working after 4months. The motor/vibrator is the same design as a mobile phone. I believe its not designed to be used as a sonic toothbrush cleaner. Motor goes out after a few months and needs to be fully replaced. It was a learning experience. My wife and I have both been using our Fairywill rechargeable toothbrushes for over a year with no problems. We love them and these replacement brush heads perform just as well.
