Bright and far
A nice color and great depth down the road. Really lets you see the critters in your path. The low beams are nearly as bright as my previous High beams. You might get flashed due to brightness. They have a nice similar to HID but no annoying sparkle and color change. I purchased both sets because the Low beams were brighter than the previous highs. Great for the country roads. Jury still out on these.
I have only used these for a couple of nights and not for highway driving so this may be a bit premature. I do not see an appreciable improvement for seeing farther down the road than with the previous headlights which are the original ones that came on my Toyota Corolla in 2006 and have not been replaced. Seeing farther was the main objective that I wished to achieve. Also, according to the information on the bulb package these bulbs are not going to last as long as the standard bulbs. For me it is questionable if the additional cost for these bulbs is worth it. The light is white which is a bit better than the yellowish of the old bulbs.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Replaced OEM lamps

Sylvania Silverstar ULTRA Headlight Bulbs
Although these bulbs are a bit brighter than the standard factory halogen bulbs, I wasn't really all that impressed with these bulbs, especially considering the price of approximately $42.00 a set. Sylvania is claiming that you can see farther down the road with these headlight bulbs, but that hasn't been my experience. I haven't had them installed long enough to comment on how long they last, however, unless I discover that there might have been something wrong with these particular bulbs that I purchased, I probably wouldn't buy them again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Compared to todays LED bulbs, these fell short of my expectations.
I took a chance after reading about the technology of these Ultra bulbs and I am not impressed. The light quality is better than my stock 2011 Accord bulbs, however, I also tested LED versions and the LED light is 10X better. I do not recommend these. Great light output...Short life
