Extremely satisfied customer of the last of the Galaxy Note Series...
I've had this phone over a month now and I have zero complaints. The phone was as advertised, new in box, clean IMEI, and flawless. I had no issue activating with my wireless carrier and the phone has been better than expected. Battery life is several days with normal usage (calls, text, random notifications, occasional web browsing, limited social media access), the interface is user friendly, and storage is sufficient. I do have a 256 GB micro SD card installed and try to make sure apps and other things get stored there first. Pleasantly surprised and very grateful I have been receiving several updates since activating meaning I am up to date with Android and security patches. Hopefully won't be needing to upgrade to a different device in at least a year or two. I upgraded from a Note 8 as apps I utilized were no longer supported on the Android version the Note 8 was last upgraded to. Great phone but battery unexpectedly holds charge for less time than Note 10+
The phone works wonderfully overall. Processing? Better than Note 10+ Size? Bigger than Note 10+ Battery Life? Even when this thing is on power saving mode it only lasts for about 6hrs before it's drained. My Note 10+ lasted 8hrs without power saving mode. Very disappointing. Must keep a portable charger on me at work so it doesnt die by the 2nd half of my shift, hence the -2 stars. Otherwise this is a great phone!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It's fast has tons of memory for all the apps I need ton run my business on the go. It's just about like a little pocket computer. I love the big screen. the free screen protector is pointless
Works and looks like new except for small crack on corner of camera area which I was fine with as phone was described as 9/10 cosmetic. However the "free" screen protector is very low quality. CHANGE TO A TEMPERED GLASS OR OTHER BETTER QUALITY ONE AS SOON AS YOU GET THE PHONE. The phone fell from my bag in a restaurant and corner of screen cracked even with a hard case on. Great phone if you like big phones
Even though it's listed as an "A" grade used device, it honestly looks completely brand new. Everything about the phone was in working order. No issues with the exterior of the phone. Definitely a big upgrade from a Note 8 with its very smooth display, (relatively) stereo speakers, and various camera shooting settings. When you upgrade from a note 8 to note 20 how can I not see a big difference in greatness. And now that the price has gone down several months later, I'm one happy guy.
