Milk thistle works !
Good value, has natural herbs besides milk thistle to aid in detox and cleansing. Price is right, also. I've been taking milk thistle for years and it definitely works. Your liver enzymes and bilirubin count will definitely go down. ( They are elevated when your liver is working overtime, stressed by alcohol, junk food, sugar, etc..) I know this for a fact because years back I did several clinical trials, where my blood samples were was taken to measure these values, before and after taking milk thistle (also called silymarin ) After only 24 hours values that had been elevated were in the normal range. If you want a stronger concentration ( more than 200 mg per cap) then you'll have to pay a bit more.
