Worth the extra money
I wasn't convinced by all of the statements on the product card about quick starts, more power etc. It was the only one the store had that fit the Stihl trimmer so I paid twice the price to get it running. To my surprise the trimmer started right up and ran great. I had to slow the idle down after installing it to stop the blade from turning all the time. If the spark plug is your problem this seems to work very well and I'm satisfied with the product even at twice the normal cost of a regular spark plug. I purchased these plugs on the advice of a trusted small engine mechanic friend, and couldn't be happier. These are very well made have a great warranty and above all live up to their claim. They make the engine easier to start, and seem to last and not foul out which is so common with 2 cycle engines. I am buying more of these for my other small engines. great plugs for small engines
i use these plugs in all of my engines and for good reason. I have the originals that i replaced with these plugs from my generator and lawn mower. both still worked and both are very old, just decided it was time to replace them all. since replacing my plugs everything starts with one pull.
