Perfect for the boat/trailer
If you need a camera for getting your boat hitch close or a trailer this is perfect. Mounting anywhere on the dash or lower you will be fine with everything supplied, however if you want the camera up high as in by the rear view mirror you will need the extended cable from the company. Wiring
Working good so far. Like the dual mode. Needs longer cable for long trucks. Crew cab long wheel base doesn’t have enough wiring to make it to the dash. The camera could be a little larger as well. They don’t offer any customer service apparently. I am technically incompetent. I tried a wireless unit from Amazon, at a higher price and returned it. This is wired but utube showed me exactly how to install it in one hour. After five weeks, it works perfectly. For a moron, I am very glad I found this unit at a low price and that it really works. Highly recommend if you can get good pricing.
