Not bad, but not stellar either...
Factory Ford fitment for easy installation. Appear well-constructed. Factory packaging was very good and they arrived safely. Another reviewer is correct, they're easy to mistakenly wire out-of-phase so pay close attention to polarity indicated on the speaker terminals before finalizing your wiring. Unfortunately, in direct A/B comparisons these Rockfords can't hold a candle to coaxial Infinity's (yes, they were more costly) of the same physical size. Far less efficient and nowhere near the low-end bass extension. Smooth midrange and highs though, and for the price they're still a reasonable value. Fortunately, in this instance they're only being utilized for rear fill, so they are satisfactory. Wish we could award them 5-stars, but they're just not worthy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easy install, good price, sound great.
Direct replacement, easy drop in. Do be mindful of the polarity of the terminals as others have mentioned. They sound surprisingly good. Not the heaviest bass, but that's not what they're intended for anyway. The mids and highs are great. I've always been skeptical of 6x8s or any speaker that isn't a circle. But these are well worth it and I would recommend them if you own a Ford and want to replace your stock speakers, or even your current aftermarket speakers. Great sound
Speakers were easy to install and looked great. Then when Powered up they had good clear highs and good bass . I'm using 50 watts per channel and can shake things up in my ride. A good buy for me . I recommend getting some for yourself.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Pretty good product for replacing factory speakers.
The sound quality is much improved over factory ford speakers...factory ford speakers are mostly junk. The odd thing about these speakers is the color code they used to wire it. The terminals on these speakers are wired up one red and one black. Standard practice would have that red = positive, black = negative. But its the exact opposite on these speakers. Why? Made in china I guess; perhaps that's the way they do it over there and noone at rockford has figured it out yet.
