Keeps my toes in place
My left foot little toe has been tucking under the next toe for some time making it painful to wear most any shoe. The Visco-Gel Toe Buddy keeps the two separated and in normal position. So glad I found these and will order again when necessary.

It is the same size and shape as the original "Toe Buddy", but a thinner cushion. Did not protect my little toe.
This is a different brand than the original Toe Buddy. It is softer and not as cushioned.
