Good value for the do it yourselfer!
The metal frame and plastic connecting parts are strong and work fine for me. I would recommend these to a purchaser who has some mechanical skill. There was no instruction manual included, so I made sure to carefully measure and lay-out the parts so they would be assembled correctly (If assembled incorrectly, the frame will not be the proper width for hanging folders). The flat folder-suspension-bars were not well finished at the ends. I used a bench grinder to chamfer the ends so they would slip into the plastic connectors without damage. Using a chain cutter made the sizing of ...
Using a chain cutter made the sizing of the side bars easy. Assembly was assisted by a rubber mallet. Inserting into the cabinet drawer took just a bit of light inward bending to navigate the frame of the cabinet. The hanging files hand straight and are easy to move back and forth.
