Can't beat the price with Casio!
Got this watch for my husband who is an avid sailor. Even though he has more expensive watches, he has worn Casio watches for years, and always replaces with this model (or similar) that has the countdown timer - some of them don't. His only complaint about them is the bands wear out before the watch does, and the bands are hard to find. More than adequate
This watch replaced a Casio A158W with the metal band when the band broke. The display on the F201WA is better, and the light is brighter and illuminates the whole screen rather than just the bottom left corner. On the flipside, the resin band is a little uncomfortable in hot weather and can be hard to fasten compared to the clip-style metal band on the A158W. The resin band makes the F201WA much lighter and more comfortable to wear than the metal band of the A158W. The alarm and hourly chime on the A158W are louder than those on the F201WA, but not by too much. All in all, for the price, this was a very good choice for a wristwatch. It does everything I need.
