For stressful situations like being nervous about a doctor's appointment or speaking at a staff meeting, this product really helps calm my nerves. A few sprays under the tongue and I feel calmer. It doesn't take all of the nervousness away, but it helps. It also doesn't last a really long time, so I might need to use it several times if I'm facing something that's giving me high anxiety. Didn't work for me but perhaps for some people
The only noticeable effect I felt from this was it made me feel tired which is not the same as calm...in fact it can add to anxiety if you're feeling anxious and then suddenly feel like you need a nap but you aren't in a place or situation where that is possible. I tried it for a few weeks but never use it any more. I've been using this product off and on for many years now. I do believe it works based on my own experience dealing with major life stressors; Relationship break ups, sickly pets, job deadlines, moving etc. The flavor is not really the best other than a light flowery taste with alcohol.
