This is the most accurate, simple and smallest tool I own for setting up a scope.
This little thing is so easy to use and is a huge time saver. In the past I would spend more then an hour setting up a scope, with the Arisaka scope leveler it's a snap. I will alert you to one thing to be mindful of wile using it is to preset all your scope ring screws so you can just barely turn your scope in the rings. Slide the combo tool in and get the scope locked in so it can't be turned, then snug down two screws after you remove the tool. If you leave the tool in place as you tighten the screws down "it could" bend your scope. Just make sure you check it over and over as you tighten everything down. This is the most time saving and easily used tool I own for leveling a scope, it's an A+ from me.
