This should fit 2000-2006 BMW X5. E53 series. Alpine Amp Bracket W/ Bolts. This does show wear (RUST, paint defects, other wear typical for the age). This bracket does have rust on it -- as shown.

BMW e39 DSP Amplifier
MY DSP is back to normal. Amp was blown, sound was tinny and crackling. Stereo sounds as it should again. Simple plug and play installation. No coding was required for my e39. (It was the same SW and HW version.)
