Nice medium almost dark raw honey. Comes out of the dispenser at exactly the smooth flow I like, not too thin, not so thick it won't flow. Raw honey has a more alkaline effect, whereas cooked and pasturized does not. It is tasty in kefir, lemonade, tea, etc. This is the second time I have purchased Nature Nate's.
