For bikes, the best polish you can get treats all composite parts, FRames, forks leaves shiny and slick Great on carbon clearcoat, but DO NOT get on brake surfaces of the pads!

a very good polish and cleaner
I use Pedro's on the bike frame. I apply it after washing. It buffs up the paint finish nicely, and actually helps to hide small scratches. My bike is painted with partly flat finish and partly shiny finish. Pedro's works great on both. It also makes the finish feel smooth, almost silky....really nice. I'm sold on this stuff.
