Real Monster
This flashlight can put out very high output as its advertisement. Dual Switch made it easy to use even in emergency. It packed with special IMR18650 (High Drain with button top) so you can't use with other 18650. When fully charged the light at lowest mode seem to blink sometimes but after the use of 5 minutes it works normally. Tiny Monster (03) lives up to it’s name!
I recently acquired a new flashlight that I thought would be a good backup to my Clearwater light that I’ve had for several years. The Clearwater cost $129, so at $95, the Nitecore Tiny Monster 03 seemed like it might be a good choice. I received to light, one high-energy 18650 rechargeable battery and one replacement o-ring gasket. What sort of spoiled the arrival of the TM03 was that the battery it shipped with was dead - no power at all - and it wouldn’t charge on any on my regular 18650 chargers. I had to buy the Nitecore UM10 charger online and wait till it arrived. The good news is, the battery charged up in about an hour and when I put it in the 03, it really lit the place up - I’m talking noonday sun at midnight! So, this is now my primary go-to light and the Clearwater is my backup. I’ve used the 03 for over two hours, between medium and medium- high and still have over 30% Power left. And one more thing - the UM10 charger is USB only, but you can plug it into and AC adapter and it works great. The nice thing too, if you have a charged battery in the UM10, you can reconfigure the USB cable, flip a switch and use it to charge things like cell phones, and anything else that has a micro USB port. Overall, it’s an excellent little light that comes with a case that can go on your belt or be attached to a hook/carabiner on your backpack. I highly recommend it!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very nice ruggedly built light
This is the first name brand LED light that I have purchased, and I am glad that I did. The cheaper lights are bright, but the constant clicking through 5 modes to turn it off when you're finished. My only problem is that the Mode switch tends to stick in the active position because of the rubber cover over the on/off switch. Perfect flashlight
LOVE this thing. The ability to use it as a normal light then with the double click of the secondary button to a blinding 2800 lumens is amazing. Quick ability for a blinding strobe and having it water resistant makes this a perfect light.
