Korean Red Panax Ginseng
I've taken different types of ginseng through out the years. They all seem to give me more mental alertness and energy. The red panax has always worked for me the best. Now that I'm 55 I can really feel the difference. I don't fatigue as easily when doing my workouts. I'm only taking one 400 mg capsule in the morning and that works best for me. This is a potent ginseng. This is also my first experience with the Swanson brand and I'm impressed with their quality. I dont think I will be buying these from Swanson anymore
I have been buying this brand for years , I received a bottle which sports a new label and I thought , looks great . Problem is after using it daily for 2 weeks now and i feel nothing as far as benefits. The quality is NOT the same as the old labeled bottle.There seems to be NO potency or any type of increase in energy or that power kick i use to get before. Someone told me that they probably used some saw dust in the capsule. I also bought a bottle Maca alongside this Ginseng and didn't get any noticeable result. I was especially aware of something being wrong because i took them both together ! The effect should have been as if i took some Viagra and my libido going wild.
