Excellent for constipation
I have been dealing with chronic constipation due to serious health issues. I have been taking this product since the winter 2013. Taken daily, most days, maybe 9 times out of 10, has helped to relieve constipation for me. Note: If you are taking medicine, please allow at least 2 hours before you take natural supplements such as this product. Taking them too closely together could have an adverse reaction. Helps to keep you regular!
This product does work for me keeping me regular but it gives an unpleasant odor which is why the 4 stars vs. 5 stars. It does not cause cramps like some cleansing products do. Highly recommend and suggest you take probiotics as well.
