Very easy to use!
I just got off of it! I use it when I don't surf and it is set up on my Specialize Daily 2. I love how easy it is to remove when I need to use the bike and so easy to set up. I have wanted a stationary bike and this is the perfect item. It creates a good magnetic drag to make me go through all gears. It is very light so I can move it aside when I need the room. I am getting my daughter one for Christmas. She saw mine and wants one.
