Saved the Day!
I was having trouble with a die I had at home, saw this one on eBay and figured I had nothing to lose. This die was exactly what I needed to do my job...it self-centered very well and worked perfectly, cutting cold rolled steel rod without a problem!

"Easy fix
After cutting some threads and installing it, I found that a nut would not go on because the die was dull and did not cut deep enough. There wasn't enough room to use a newer round die. buying the hex-die allowed me to turn it with a wrench instead.
