Excellent concept - room for improvement
As someone that cooks, rather than orders out, I find this an excellent concept. However, there's always room for improvement, right? The construction is great. I find the spot-welded handle ok; though I prefer rivets as they can be replaced. The lid is where I'm focusing my attention. While the pour spout and dual-option strainer idea is awesome, I would like to see the lid-to-pot slack space reduced. A bit "tighter" fit would be nice. Overall, this is a great product for anyone that cooks and likes the convenience of not having to use a utensil to prop the lid, and repeatedly getting steam-burned, while draining it.
