I bought this to replace the same unit I purchased 4 ears ago in hopes that it would have become more efficient in not getting hung up in corners. Well not much better than the older version. It really needs to incorporate some kind of ring/arm that will allow it to bounce away from tight area's. I have redirected the eye jets for a different water flow and still not the best. Always Stuck
Overall the Kreepy Krauly does a great job at cleaning the pool; however, it always gets stuck next to my steps (see picture) so I'm constantly having to move it else the pool does not get cleaned. I’ve had more expensive pool cleaners that wouldn’t clean because of little leaves stopping it – this isn’t the case with the Kreepy Krauly.

Kreepy Krauley - Cost efficient and effective.

They could build a better product.
Had it only a short time noticed blue rollers from the rear floating in pool, found the plastic retainer bar (rod) on the bottom of pool. Had to use plastic zip lock ties to keep it back on. I have had several Kreepy Krauleys, none have worked without trouble for very long. This cleaner is horrible.
Will not clean across pool floor. Just wants to go along one side and stays there. Won’t travel other direction. I have in ground rectangular pool and it won’t even travel to the deep end to clean the bottom. Worst purchase I’ve made thus far. Completely discussed with this cleaner.
