Boost Oxygen 10L sized Natural Aviator's Air-Can help you perk-up, get better energy, reduce anxiety-and assist with physical recovery, strength, and endurance. I think the 10 liter size is most likely the best size to try. 5 liter sizes are ok also-they are only the weight of the can-for the air inside is basically weightless. The large can 10L size has a ring on the mouthpiece so you can fasten the Boost to a belt or backpack-keeping it handy for use during activities. Or hang it on a lanyard, etc. Boost Think Tank or Boost Oxygen FOCUS is oxygen, with Rosemary aroma-I like it to use half and half with the Boost Natural (unflavored).
