We all should know that you get what you pay for. This unit served my purpose and that was transferring my cassette collection to MP3. However, when all was said and done, I had to use 3 of them. They worked well. They just didn't last too long. I got about 100-125 tapes from each one and then they would die. I kept paying them because they did work well and were very easy to use and I figured at over 100 tapes each I was getting my money's worth out of them and it saved me the time and risk to try to find a different brand. I hope this helps you. Be Safe! - Kevin
Really, really, really wanted this to work. But the device is ultra sensitive........ ANY pull on the tape causes a stop and reverse....... even with reverse switched off..... making the file unuseable. And my cassettes are special recordings .made for me less than two years ago.
Shoulda known........ but it sounded like exactly what I needed. And would have been, if only it worked.
