technically it works but disappointing
came without antenna so I had to purchase a top of the line antenna but receiver incapable of locking in on many except for the best signals even though the antenna is rated at several hundred miles. So, technically you can't say it doesn't work but given the limitations of reception it certainly wasn't worth the money spent. I would say overpaid by half. No owners manual came with the unit either.
