Look - everyone has heard Hotel California, but I have never heard anyone say that it wasn’t a great album. Most everyone says they love Hotel California, and it is IMHO, one of the most beautiful yet creepy songs of all time. I would state to anyone that Hotel California is the number one “desert island disc” that everyone should own…

This a Great CD, & I think my Favorite song on it was 1 had only heard a couple times before...can't recall Ever hearing it on the radio, back in the day. Perhaps the message in "The Last Resort" resonates more today, than it did back then. At any rate, a really good disc...it's All I've been listening to since it arrived!! (;

Not the CD I was hoping for
I wasn't aware that the 40th anniversary edition didn't have all the original songs from the original Hotel California CD, that was my fault.wish they had listed the songs that were on the CD which is what I wanted.but still like the CD,it was a good value and arrived in a timely manner.
