I am on my second one. I rebuilt my jetski engine and put in one of these but I did not replace the driveshaft. Since the driveshaft was work, this allowed water into the bearing and ruined it. Which also allowed water into the hull. I then ordered a new driveshaft and new bearing, installed and tested yesterday. Hull is dry and seems to be working just fine. Just don't over grease the bearing since you can blow out a seal. which will then cause a similar problem.
