  • Sturdy bike rack.

Like this rack because it's permanently mounted and doesn't have to be removed/stored when not in use. Straight forward installation, and provides a sturdy rack for bike transport. Received with one odd flat head bolt to short for use. Was able to purchase a replacement at local hardware store.

  • Seems pretty good

It took a few tries to figure out best way to actually carry the bikes. I had to carry with front wheels down (vertically). I removed the front tire from inside bike and turned bars 90 degrees and zip tied it to keep from moving. I used a cut off pool noodle on bottom step to keep from hitting and marring, then used a bungee cord to keep bikes from moving. It sounds worse than it is, but I am a perfectionist and have no interest in issues down the road. As far as rack itself, it seems very sturdy and the fact that the bikes are balanced left to right, both sides are carrying the same weight. If that wasn't the case, I think you would have an overload situation on one side and it would contribute to bending on overload side. My advice is to take your time to get it right and it will work as intended.

  • Easy & Nice!

Looked at YouTube to get started at install. This rack is easy to put on and made very well. My Trek cruiser is shaped kinda weird but got it to fit anyways!!!! Enjoy this tool....
