Needed comfort for older Husky
Our old husky has Lar Par (breathing restriction) and needs to stay cool to reduce panting. This pad is thin, so I put it on top of a cushioned mat, but does the job well enough. After a few hours, I try to switch it out with another cool pad, because it gets warm from his body heat. It does seem to "recharge" itself after a half hour, so is ready to cool down the dog when he gets up again. It's a good size for the dog, and is well-built.
