Sent a different brand of dip than what I ordered
Well, they sent me "DipYourCar" brand instead of the "Performix" brand that I ordered. I'm not sure which is better. I was able to use "DIPYourCar", because it was a new job. However, if it had been a continuation of a job where matching the color had been important, I would have been returning the dip. It's best to send what was ordered and not assume the customer can live with a different brand.
