Amazing. Perfect.
It is even heavier, more well designed than I could have imagined. I wanted a heavy, made in Thailand mortar and pestle that was heavy enough for vigorous pounding of ingredients, vs. grinding as in my mexican molcajete. it was important to be to be made inThailand and of Thai rock so I can include it in my new collection of vintage, authentic Thai kitchen utensils and kitchenware. This is truly a lifetime, meant to be handed down Mortar and Pestle!
