Please read if you love mma
This is a good pad overall, it's great in size, it's thick and study. When you punch or kick the pad you're fist or leg don't sink into the pad. Looks and feels very durable. It's also comfortable to hold. I would recommend buying this bag if you need something to practice with at home.

It's a really good kick/shield, I think that it was a really good buy. I like everything about it but wish that they had two holding handles on both ends of the kick/shield pad, so you can hold it for different type of kicks. Other then that it's a really cool and good item.
