I've been buying fresh roasted coffee beans for 45 years--online for 17 years, and I have found BlueMacaw Beans to be consistently great fragrance, best flavor, and wonderfully aromatic brewed. The packaging keeps them fresh in the freezer for many weeks (longer than it takes for me to use them up). The beans are beautiful to look at; slightly oily. The aroma is amazing. They grind well and produce excellent tasting coffee. A little "mild" for me (I had been using dark French roast for years) but am adjusting and enjoy every cup.
