Does the job inexpensively
For an inexpensive tool it was better than I expected. Serves its purpose for light work. Drives firearm pins and "persuades" stuck components just fine. You really don't want to be wailing on guns and the like with a big a$$ hammer. If you're looking to hit something harder than you can with this hammer you probably shouldn't be working on guns and such. Quality is a little low but it does what you need to if the task is reasonably easy. Brass, nylon, steel and rubber end caps cover just about all use situations.
