Sticks like GLUE!
Pulling straight up it's almost impossible to remove. You have to peel up 1 magnet, then the rest will come up as you continue lifting. I am running my huge barrel spring and 102" stainless steel whip and on this setup and I am getting an swr of less than 1.1 on channel 1 and 40. The needle just barely moves on channel 20. I cleaned the cab of my truck really well and the ground is working very well. I have hit tree limbs with the whip and the mount hasn't moved even a little bit. Still where I put it. Bad rf connections
The service was excelleny but this product is low qulity. The RF connection to the 3/8 and ground all come loose and just jammed to contact with plastic cover. Any small movement and your connection is lost. I needed to rebuild the whole thing and drill holes to secure the coax shield to the ground plane.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Tri Magnet Mount Test
I bought this to put on top of my old Chevrolet pickup because i didn't want to drill holes in a roof mount. I am running a newer version Monkey Made antenna that's lighter aluminum than older version. This mount holds the antenna going down the highway. If the weather is raining ice it will not hold up that extra weight with the boots on. This unit is made in Taiwan.
