I really dislike reviewing supplements. I can say this is a small and easy to take pill. There is no aftertaste. Do I know if it works? No, I do not, which is why I don't like reviewing these. Everyones chemical makeup is different so what might work for me may not work for you. I am taking this for my knee. I was told years ago I needed replacement. I declined. Collagen is good for the joints which is my reason for taking. I will not drink bone broth or anything like it.
