Works well but cost is excessive!
I recently purchased a 60 year old home. While restoring, I have used Flex Seal caulking, spray paint and canned paint. All worked well , but will have to wait a good while to see how it holds up. Be careful to check the volume when you buy the canned paint. From the picture it is easy to assume you are getting more than you think. My favorite use has been filling in small concrete cracks. Buy a squirt bottle like ketchup comes in at a restaurant, pour the liquid paint in there and then squirt into crack. It is thin enough for gravity to pull it down into the crack. I continue to find uses and keep buying it, but I cringe at the cost every time. KNOW THIS! You cannot paint over it. Paint will not stick to it!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A good solution to specific types of problems.

The name speaks for itself. Like all the others in the Flex Seal line, a good product from day one. If applied correctly it does whats on the label. I used it on an AC condensate tray to protecting outdoor garden markers. Dries fast, great stuff.. If filling cracks it's probably better getting the one for a caulk gun.. I put some in a big syringe that pushes the flex seal out, and it filled the cracks nicely..Small cracks you can just brush it on.
