Drain Gun ok, but KTools not good at shipping undamaged product.
The Drain Gun is okay, but it malfunctions after a few uses... As an engineer it would seem that the shut-off valve could be made of better quality materials, since it is subjected to CO2. Also the KTools supplier could do a much better job of packaging because putting 12 CO2 cartridges in a bubble bag doesn't cut it, as they all fell out of their box and the sealed ends were damaged. I notified KTools of this, but they have not responded after sending several emails. Seems they could care less if there packaging does not prevent damage during shipping as I had requested when I ordered that the items be packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
