  • Great guitar for the price

I purchased this as a B-stock, and I thought a good deal. It was a great deal. For me, the guitar is easy to play, sounds great plugged in, and looks gorgeous. Its a thin line, so not as big or deep of sound naturally as some other classical guitars, but the electronics makes up for it. This makes it lighter and smaller with a big sound. I use it for recording classical pieces, and s song I wrote/recorded for my daughter, and LOVED the clean sound of it. The finish is gorgeous, deep wood tones, soft touch finish that shines, and just has the look and feel of quality and beauty. From tuning, electronics, to build, I'm very pleased with this guitar and love playing it and recording with it.

  • Good Classical Guitar

This is a good practice guitar. It has a very soft sound such that practice does not disturb others. However, the built in electronics will allow for more amplitude if desired. This guitar was recommended by Harvey Reid in his "Liberty" tuning books. It has 14 frets. The type of Capo's recommend in Reid's book requires the extra fret board territory That's why I bought it. Thanks,

  • WONDERFUL Little Guitar!

I bought this "good deal" guitar #1 to simply have as my "office guitar" - to keep handy but play rarely, and #2 to evaluate having a nylon string. I just LOVE IT! It is light, thin, very easy to play, perfect intonation, rich and clean sound, soft or loud, even holds its own in a practice session with a regular 6-string, bass, organ and three vocals! Amplified sound is very nice too. Tuner is accurate (but difficult to see in normal playing position). Classy appearance, just enough bling, quality workmanship - truly excellent all around!!

  • Ibanez Classical Guitar with Pickups

Great guitar and case for the price! the only issue I had was the action was a little high up higher on the neck. Tightening the neck with an Allen wrench did fix the issue. i was also amazed at the quality of the pickup! Since the guitar is thin, don't expect a big sound playing acoustically, but it is perfect for practicing and sounds awesome thru a PA. I love having both phone plug and XLR outputs and a built-in tuner that works well. Nylon strings always go out of tune quickly especially when strings are new. the neck is not real wide which I also love!

  • Comfortable thin full size parlor classical guitar, mellow and easy playing

Perfect for practicing without needing an amp or blowing the brains out of the neighbors. Nicely made, nice finish and the preamp for electric use (crystal mic under bridge) works pretty well. Not the fullest sound acoustic, but the eq in the preamp solves that if you go electric. Works perfectly with my Mouse amp or with my Markbass mini 8. Very pleasant to play. I'm a bass player.

  • Nice guitar for the money!

I wanted a smaller acoustic electric that’s a little better than a starter guitar, something I could enjoy as my skills grow, and keep for years; something I can play by the campfire on weekend trips and not worry about having to pamper it. I read many, many reviews and listened to experts on YouTube play and compare. I bought this Ibanez and have been really pleased. All the reviews were on target and there were no surprises. The factory strings aren’t terrific but deliver a decent sound; there is no manual or even a gig case that comes with the guitar, but I found the perfect sized used hard case on Letgo for $20 and a used starter amp as well. I am all set up for under $360. Don’t spend good $ on new cases and accessories. There is a huge local market to tap into through Letgo and OfferUp. I didn’t want to buy the guitar used since I’m still a beginner and wanted to play right away and be able to return if not satisfied. I think I made a good choice. The sound is good, better than expected for a thin instrument on the non-amplified setting, and think it will only improve with usage and better strings, which is what many experts say. Amplified, the sound is crisp, clear and delivers as promised. It’s a lovely guitar; the dark finish is deep and beautiful, not at all a factory look like the ubiquitous blonde Yamaha starter guitar of my youth. I am not crazy about the gold-look hardware, which I think cheapens the otherwise excellent quality of the build... but that can be upgraded to chrome if I still dislike it next year. (I’ll make it a goal reward for myself when I reach my next skill level). Otherwise, the look and feel of my guitar is outstanding, and I’m playing regularly (which is, after all, the mark of a successful guitar purchase, no?)

  • Classical Value

Wonderful guitar for the price. Terrific sound and bonus of built-in pickup and tuner. The Thin Line Design would make it easy for a stage application as well. I'm primarily an acoustic guitar player with steel strings and this was my first nylon string. Comfortable neck and set up well from the factory. This is a very good sounding classical guitar. Would be nice if it came with a case but for that price you can't beat it.

  • Great Sound

My daughter's music instructor thinks this is a great guitar. The sound is great considering this is a smaller body and it's well manufactured. The quality is very good.

  • Great guitar.

This guitar exceeded my expectations. Finish is beautiful, needs to be plugged in for best sound due to the narrow body. Highly recommend.
