Very Handy Spatula
The shape of this plastic knife is perfect for scraping every bit of mayonnaise, peanut butter or jelly out of the jar. It's made of a sturdy, but flexible, plastic which makes it great for spreading also. I have now purchased three of these Mayo Knives. I purchased the first and liked it so much that I purchased a second in case anything ever happens to the first. The third was purchased to give to my daughter. It keeps the Mayo clean as well as the jar when empty.
