My daughter is 3 and uses it as her sleep buddy, she rubs the "cold paws" on her ears when she is tired. She has had the duck (purchased at a local dollar general) since she was an infant then she acquired the cow (also purchased at dg) when the duck was on a 2 day hiding binge. She wanted a monkey friend for moo moo and duckie but settled for a mouse. A hard to find product so it was worth the money although the 2 I purchased in store were a third of the price.
