Great product for "LifeTime" BRAND backboard...NOT for "Spaulding" backboard/hoop due to DIFFERENT hole spacings. I was able to mate them with Fiberglass filler and redrillng holes...all is fine, I have the backboard and suspension system I wanted...but an awful lot of work
