Great for 05' SD
Fit very very well in a 2005 F-250 short bed. Laid out in sun for awhile to soften the liner, and fit very snug so no worries about it coming lose. Most holes lined up nearly perfect as well. Overall, great addition to the truck and looks good too.

They seem heavy duty, but you'll work to install them.
These fit very tightly on my 2006. Expect to pry them into place. About half of the screw holes line up with the existing holes in the vehicle. You'll have to drill holes in the correct places, or omit some of the fasteners.
