Good value but could have a better design
The quality of this headphone set is great for the price. It has a very clear audio reception that is as good as if not better than more expensive brands and has good noise cancelation quality. There is no feedback but background noise (wind, others talking, tv/ radio volume, etc.) cam get annoying. The talk/ standby time is amazing with 8 hours standby! Unfortunately, the buds are poorly designed and do not fit well in the ear canal. The design is rigid (they are fixed in one position and cannot be rotated) and does not allow the user to set them properly so as to prevent them from falling out. The over-the-ear hooks are well designed and somewhat help by holding the buds from completely falling out. Overall, the APEX-9 is a high quality device that is easy to use and has a very attractive price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not as comparible or comfortable as the 250model.
The design and angle of ear piece and over the ear is not designed for a good fit. The ear loops are hard and do not fit well. My original set of buds were the 250 model which were stolen at the gym. I miss them. This model looks similar but do not fit as well. The sound is comparable when I can get them to fit in the ear correctly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Buy name brand Senso S255’s instead
I regret this purchase. I lost my Senso ActivBuds at the gym and bought this pair as a cheaper alternative. They feel cheaper to the touch, the earhooks don’t hold as well, and the volume wasn’t proper balanced between the right and left ear buds. Also, the Senso’s came with a better selection of eartips and a carrying case. I should have spent a few more dollars and purchased a pair of genuine Senso earbuds.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

great sound, fit.
Design is good. The distance from the phone is only about 10ft. When answering a.call, people complain I sound muffled. It has good volume and easy controls. Sound is great along with battery life. 8hrs on battery is spot on. Charges quickly, 45 minutes. Changeable ear inserts for comfort. I've owned several brands of Bluetooth ear pieces. Senso Bluetooth Headhones
The headphones are well designed except for the over the ear clips. The clips are made of limp structure less rubber that have no value in holding the ear pieces in place. The hole purpose of getting these headphones with this design is to keep the ear piece in place during physical activity. With just walking, the ear piece is loose in 10 - 15 minutes. In a more active situation the time in place would be less. When lose, the clips do almost nothing to keep the ear piece in place or even on the ear. The design should have been with malleable rubber clips with a wire structure that can be adjusted and formed to conform to the ear to hold it comfortably in place. Were it not for this gross miscalculation in design, it would have rated a 5 star. It is rated a poor value because of the functionality and not because of the cost. Because the design renders this useless for its intended purpose, i.e., exercise it gets a low rating.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great buy for the price
Good sound, good structure (they stay on and in your ears snugly and without irritation). The language is a slight problem. All the prompts are in Chinese. You have to learn the Mandarin counterparts to "Power on," "Power off," "Headphones connected," and "Headphones disconnected." It doesn't take long. But it's startling when you first hear it. The English instructions, though understandable, were clearly written by someone for whom English is not a first language. Great design, excellent quality
Unlike some other reviewers, these Bluetooth earbuds fit perfectly snug and secure over my ears. I use these when riding my scooter and they stay secure in the wind. The sound quality is excellent. The design is great -- no annoying controls on the wire that connects both units that most other earbuds have. Everything is built into the right unit with well accessible volume controls. Cheap, buy better ones
The plastic body feels cheap. The parts that go behind your ear are stiff and hard, which makes them difficult to put on or take off. They are not uncomfortable when being worn. The media button does not work well, and it hurts when you have to press it. The voice feedback ("connected," "battery low," etc.) is excessively loud and annoying. For example, when you walk out of range of your computer it repeatedly says "out of range, trying to reconnect" at max volume every minute until you return and it is able to connect.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
