Great floor jack and would recommend it.
At first i couldn't find the bolts and lever but when i took out the pole insert it fell out. I jacked up my sun room that i had put an extension on with aluminum and it snowed a foot and a half and the aluminum gave way but the rest of the sun room was okay. I jacked up the aluminum part and now it is just fine.
