Have found a new way to take them
I just have used it for four days and I don't think one sees the effect for a month or so. The caplets are a bit big. I have found that I just suck on them rather than swallowing them with a glass of water at first. Soon they are worn down a bit, then I will drink some water. I just do it while watching tv so I don't consider it time consuming.

Must take too many pills for proper dosage each day
Have not taken long enough to know. Do not like having to take so many pills a day to get the dosage recommended especially since it must be taken on empty stomach. Hard to do unless you take all pills in the morning.

TOO big a pill to swallow
Sorry but these tablets are larger than horse pills. I can’t take them. Even when I almost broke my pill slicer to try a half. I ordered a different product the following day. One that I had already tried. Was trying to save a buck but wasn’t worth it.

Only two kinds of collagen!
There are only two kinds of collagen in these tablets; our back dies need all five kinds. They do not dissolve in water, even when crushed. They are large and it's hard to swallow FOUR of them.
