Danikens "Chariots" Brought It All Together
This Book is what did it for me. My questions about Humanity. Religion, Archeology were all brought to a new vision to me because of this book. It opened my mind. In Astronomy alone, we kow barely anything. Be honest and accept time, distance, technology etc.. and it it easy to conceive Visitors from The Stars, In the Ancient Past. The only explanation to an unsolved mystery, is the truth. After this book. God's and Angels?. Hmmm. More to the book than just its cover!
The author makes a compelling case for the future of the world and its dire need for a new direction as a whole. Some material is out of date, as it was written in the 70's, but with that said, it was way ahead of its time! Any of the errors the author made in its original format was corrected in the forward with respect to those who called the errors out. The author writes with dignity and does no proclaim anything as fact, rather, as a theory based on historical and archeological evidence which he supports with citations. A must read for any science and history buff!

I enjoyed this book
Good book for anyone interested in the ancient astronaut theory. Von Däniken does a good job laying out this it's tenants. I was hoping for more details though, and more organization in the way the book presents things. At times it felt like the book was just mentioning random facts with no specific order, not much depth, just hurrying to conclusions.
